this is one of the most elegant knives i've seen.
its a spanish knife, specifically designed in seville.
there are also french deriviations.
to wield it is just... beauty.
reminds me of a story i heard about it.
a man noticed the word inox on his blade and thought it was the manufacturer's locale.
he asked a spaniard where was inox.

inox just means stainless steel.
